In Japan, there are 3 ways to say ”I Love You”:

Daisuki - for friends and persons you like.

Aishiteru - for a more serious relationship.

Koishiteru - for the person you want to spend the rest of your life with.

They’re amazing ‘cause they made this rule to preserve the REAL MEANING of saying ”I Love You” and not to LOSE IT like MOST OF US DO.

This is ridiculous ; there are no rules about love, loving someone this or that way… “the real meaning of saying I love you”… well, I say it to my significant other all day long and I fuckin’ mean it, I never ever say it to my sister who knows it anyway, but if I had to push one of them from a cliff in order to save the other I wouldn’t hesitate a single second.
